Will you be selling JUGS equipment again this year?
YES!!! A very special thank you to JUGS Sports for their support again this year. All of the JUGS equipment used during the Clinic will be for sale and pick up following the Clinic on Monday. Click here for pre-order form.
What is the Clinic's weather policy?
The Clinic is rain or shine.
A cancellation will only occur if the Oregon Convention Center is unable to open. The Clinic will not be rescheduled. In the case of a weather-related cancellation our policy is: "there will be no cash refunds, if the clinic is cancelled in part or in total due to inclement weather.”
What is your refund policy?
Refunds are not available. No refunds are available on or after 10/17/11. No refunds will be given if a player is unable to attend the clinic due to weather, injury or any other reason.
What should players wear?
Please wear athletic gear and sneakers each day. We will provide you a t-shirt to wear during the Clinic. Clinic t-shirts must be worn on Sunday & Monday.
General players do not have to wear athletic clothing to opening ceremonies on Saturday.
What should players bring?
Participants must provide their own glove, bat and helmet. Please make sure to have your full name on your personal equipment. Catchers bring a full set of catching gear. We have limited space and encourage you to bring as little as possible. Please leave valuables at home.
Bring an unwrapped toy or stuffed animal to the Clinic. Everything collected will be delivered to kids in need. Thank you!!

What do participants do for lunch?
Lunch is ON YOUR OWN. You have one hour for lunch on Sunday and Monday. There are many restaurants in the area within walking distance. You can also bring your lunch.
We encourage you to check-out Chipotle at 710 NE Weidler St. -- parents and players receive free chips and drinks when purchasing lunch! Thank you Chipotle!
What do parents do during the Clinic?
Parents are NOT allowed in the Clinic area. There are designated parent areas. Please feel free to leave during the Clinic. Please make sure the registration form has the most up-to-date phone number where you can be reached during the Clinic.
